And those costs are just for copy, collate and communicate expenses. If this battle results in a law suit those costs will jump to the 7 figure level. And that will most likely happen. By the time this fiasco is all over the University will spend well over the six million dollar amount that is clearly specified for Billy's termination in both contracts. What a mess. Barnhart should have been fired along with Gillispie, but he won't be, because Todd is also responsible. And he was supposed to have been the "business" President. Good grief.

But let me continue ... please

And now these two are getting ready to involve the University in a half billion dollar accounting scheme with outside intrests to build a new arena and more, the costs of which will ultimately be placed squarely on the shoulders of you Kentucky residents. Private money. What a joke. The one thing that you can all be assured of is that the public will never be privy to the details of this Enron accounting. Any serious financier well understands that private money in these amounts for these investments simply isn't there.

one sad aspect about all of this is that the Trustees, the only people that have the power to remove Todd from office, are in no better position to understand these things than the rank and file citizen. Literally, the fox is in charge of the hen house.

Anonymous #1 needs to wake up and smell the coffee. UK is in need of a new arena...NO MATTER WHAT THE COSTS ARE! A school like UK doesn't sit back while the 'also-rans' 1-UP them with new modern facilities. With Coach Cal on board, the basketball team will be raking in the moola for the University for the next several years.
