Dick Vitale says if UK gets John Wall and Jodie Meeks comes back, they'll be ready to take on the Atlanta Hawks- They'll be going for the NBA Title
Uhh Obviously Jacob doesn't follow as many blogs as he claims to or he surely would have realized that UK has just signed Eric Bledsoe and (as of tonight) D. Liggins is still on the UK team and J. Wall is still considering UK. No matter what....UK will have a point guard or TWO next season and UK will give Texas and KU all they could possibly want and MORE!
KY BASKETBALL IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!! Let all the haters hate on UK basketball. But when you add Coach Cal to the greatest basketball program of all time...then you get the "BEST OF THE BEST". UK should be pre season top 10 if Meeks comes back. I can see this team (with out Wall) making it to the sweet sixteen!.... GO CATS!!!!
Vitale was/is/always will be, a band-wagon hypocrite. Nothing he can say or do, now or in the future, will make up for his history of negativity about UK and his bad-mouthing of the program when 10-loss Tubby resigned. I'd rather he just continue to focus his attention on the Dukie's and the Tar Heels. He's worthless . . . and a clown.

when did he say this... The Hawks where the 4 seed in the east, so they are not the OKC Thunder buddy....
and they still won't be ahead of Texas or KU seeing as they have no PG

We can play with anybody as we stand, and it looks like we might still get two more top players on Meeks and Wall.
Let them talk the trash. the day will soon come when they have to back it up or back down. then we'll see who's talkin' trash.
