Tax documents seem to indicate that Gillispie was an employee of the UK Athletics Association

Good Grief. How stupid does this make the University of Kentucky look? Even worse, the Federal judge in Texas will likely now allow the trial to be argued in Texas, and even possibly hit Kentucky with a contempt of court ruling for providing misleading information.

Good Grief, Trustees, fire this totally incompetent President before he does any more damage. Or at least put a leash on him.

Ah lets do the firing in the correct order here. First fire the silly lawyer before he or she gets UK, the UKAA, or both in hot water and a possible trouble with the IRS for lying over tax information. Second fire Mitch, he is the UK AD and responsible for his department, including the tax information for his supposed employees.

The board of Trustees have someone other than the current UK president to hire a new AD. If deem the problem too bad, than I would fire the president, but not until then.

There needs to be a audit done for the UKAA to make sure they only have UKAA people on tax records and are not paying UK employees.

If I as UK, I would settle it NOW. Give Billy Gillispie his money and go on. If the tax problem exists than UK has a ton more to worry about than the 6 million dollars. I would settle quickly and start worrying about the IRS.
