Duke may have committed a secondary NCAA violation because of student-made signs greeting Kyrie Irving on his official Visit

"Duke" didnt commit anything. A fan did. And there is NOTHING the NCAA can legally do about it.

The sign hung from a Duke building on Duke’s campus. If that doesn’t make it Duke’s responsibility, give us some other words for it.

Then again, the NCAA chose to punish Memphis for using a player accused of not taking the ACT test, but never saw the necessity of punishing Duke for playing a player caught red handed for taking money. So if we change Jessica’s “can legally” words for some “would never” words – then she has it right
