Jerry Meyer from Rivals.com says all signs point to UK landing Eloy Vargas, which would push UK past Memphis into the top spot in the national team recruiting rankings for 2010

Brandon Knight has not signed a LOI. All 7 Memphis players have signed their LOI. Kentucky cannot be #1 unless BK signs.........PERIOD!!! You can say it all you want, but it wont be true. It'll just be that heavy one handed exercise made famous by Kentucky fans.
Geez little kid, get your facts straight...hmm maybe you can't read yet. The facts: 1)Demarcus Cousins was a center. 2)Calipari never coached Xavier Henry..he went to Kansas. 3)Your application for moron of the day has been accepted.
um, it isn't UK fans saying Vargas would push UK past Memphis. It's Rivals.com. You got a beef, take it up with them. I'm sure you could teach them a thing or two about how to rank recruiting classes.
(How desperate is this Memphis fan that he needs to cling to the Rivals ranking? Like it's a competition. He wakes up at 5:30 AM and the first thing he does is check out Aaron's UK Basketball Blog! What does that tell you?)
Anytime a "Memphis" article comes up the anonymous poster/posters get their panties in a knot. Clear evidence most of the anti-Cal rhetoric is from western Tennessee. There's some mighty strong bitterness still evident in Memphis.
...and the Kentucky one handed exercise continues. There are just no challenging comments on this site. Just name calling and baby tantrums. Same thing every day. I am trying to help you folks,but ahh a dream deferred.
I personally hope UK ends up with another top class so when they fail to reach the Final 4 it wil be that much sweeter.....AGAIN!!! Let me reiterate I have no feeling one way or the other or ill-will towards UK at all, it's that slime ball of a coach that has turn CBB and UK into a circus. I love fanbase/internet rivalries but when I see you guys apologize and defend his despicable antics all while he is mortgaging your future and holding you as hostages with NBA offers is priceless.
Glenrider, eeky, and Marc are all the same person. Since there are only very few responses to any of these posts, that person is hoping to make this an active blog. So really it is mainly one person responding to all or any posts that challenge his point of view. How sad!

A LOI is an optional piece of paper. Why would it be required to rank commitments?
Because a verbal doesn't necessarily mean a commitment.
