For all the talent Calipari has brought to UK, he hasn't solved the experience conundrum

This is the conundrum, can you win a championship with 5 starting freshmen even if the are all 5 star prospects? Even Cal admits he's not sure.
I'm ok with that though.
I think the magic formula rests somewhere in having a rotating 2 or 3 one and done's around a solid core of sophomore's, Junior's and Senior's.
In addition to the 2 or 3 one-and-dones, you have to anticipate 1 or 2 sophomores or juniors (a Miller or a Liggins) and the ever-vanishing senior (a Harrellson) leaving the program each year.
The composition of the team will roughly settle into a pyramid that's bottom heavy with freshmen. Freshmen and sophomores will comprise 3/4 of the roster. The few juniors who remain and the occasional senior would have to provide Cal with the experience he seems to need to advance deep in the tournament.
The bottom of the pyramid gets wider, and the core gets thinner, if Cal doesn't limit the team to 2 or 3 one-and-dones. And how can he do that?
