Rick Pitino has had his reputation reduced to the butt of a joke
agreed. Im not a UofL fan, but i dont hate Pitino, or Louisville. I do hate to see this happen to anybody. Its a sad reflection of SOME of our society.
Don't get misty on me fellas, it is more funny than sad. Slick Rick thought he could get the best of this women scorned by running to the police, confessing all to an understanding public and letting the righteousness of the law handcuff Karen and bring an end to his self inflicted wounds. Now rich and famous Ricky is watching himself being taken apart by this lowly person of society and doing it under the confines of those law.
If Rick had had a sincere respect for this person regardless of her deplorable situation in life he could have avoided his own demise. But he chose to use his apparent valor and influence to destroy her completely. He is learning a lesson late in life. He will not be able to destroy her any more than she has destroyed herself, yet she is more than capable of taking him down to her own level where he belongs.
