To fire Rick Pitino now would require Louisville to write a check of $15 million and write off the recruitment of Wayne Blackshear and Quincy Miller

Decourcy doesn't go into detail of substantiating his 15 million dollar claim, so I can't refute what he says here. However I know the quick squirt has a morals clause in his contract that could be invoked to make his entire contract null and void. It sure appears that the only real reason he has not been fired is because of the incompetence of the University Trustees
