In all seriousness though, I wonder if Ricks recruiting spiel now includes a " You know UK didn't want you, wouldn't it be great to get back at them" type of slant. Pitino seems to be reeling in Cal's sloppy seconds with abandon....
There is no doubt that Cal in Lexington helps Pitino. Basically 10 of the top 30 guys will want to play at UK. Cal picks the 5 with the best attitude. The other 5 who don't get picked, the selfish, arrogant, "me first" ones, will go to UL to get back at Cal for not picking them.

Except the UofL program and their moronic fan base. Every week we KY fans have to put up with seeing another UofL player or two in the news because he was shot, went to jail, got caught with drugs etc... your program and your fans are a disgrace to the state of KY and college athletics in general. Until Cal actually gets in trouble at UK your arguments really have no place or merit. You should stick to the lame Kentucky bashing UofL websites and leave the better half alone. Be glad your washed up coach can even mop up UK's sloppy seconds because our sloppy seconds are much better than most other schools actual recruiting classes. Call it arrogance if you want but to me there is nothing more arrogant than going to another teams website, talking trash, adding nothing to a conversation and acting all high and mighty like your team has done no wrong. Get a clue.

To be honest the "sloppy seconds" was a dig at Pitino(sex scandals) more than a statement about the players in general but you can take it how you want it.... I'd love to have Wroten and perhaps even Miller over one that's already committed to UK and they both will likely end up at UL......
To sum up most Louisville fans I will quote a phrase yelled at me when I left the UL-UK football game this year, "Hey...Kentucky football sucks".... this after we had just beat them. And you call us stupid....

If it makes you feel any better, Tony, I just assumed it was yours. That's the default setting, the initial presumption with this kind of thing. Though on closer examination, you'd never say anything as low-brow as "stupid UK fans." Your stuff is much more refined than that.
But it was an arrogant comment, wasn't it? Gotta disagree strongly about Cuz. I'm really proud how he grew and matured in the six short months he was here. And the credit goes to Cal. A lot of coaches wouldn't have had the patience, wouldn't have made the effort. God I wish we had Cuz this year.

Secondly we have the quote "Cal's sloppy seconds." clearly the writer has taken offense to that comment. We have also been experiencing a particular UofL fan commenting on this site who has decided to call UK fans arrogant in just about every post he has made. Lastly, you can tell it was posted by a UofL fan by the clear lack of intelligence in the post. Top it all of with an insult to all UK fans and you have a generic UofL fan post.
