My money is on Washington. Why would you come half way across the country to play for UofL? Look at the last kid who came from Seattle and went to UofL. He is on the verge of getting cut from one of the worst teams in NBA history. There is just no more room left on the roster to pick up another point guard. Sorry Tony...
Hey....I'd like to have Tony here, I just think he never really had an offer from UK. He appeared to have self-recruited himself more than Cal did him.
i dont know about him personaly, but there was alot of "tweeting" goin on, and shall we say "self promoting" That was a turnoff at least for me-So Im no longer attracted to him.
I think Louisville is a more attractive alternative than Washington. He'd be a star at UW, but Pitino's putting together a really good class for next year (especially if he gets Quincy), and Tony's the kind of guy who wants to be a part of something like that.
If it's UofL, good for them. We should want the UofL's and IU's of the world to be top-flight teams along with UK. The way it used to be. Before the center of the basketball universe drifted down to the Research Triangle.
UK never really recruited this guy, he was basically recruiting UK. And I really doubt they gave him an offer cuz if they did, he woulda jumped on it. They want Trevor Lacey, not him. And he obviously has an attitude. Never thought he'd end up a Cat and looks like he never will. More leftovers for Louisville.
