Let me guess, it was due to all that studying for Algebra 3. Ahem, I mean all that grade changing.
I sure am glad the grade thing is over now, completely over.
Memphis fans are the only ones still concerned about it. I wonder if Bledsoe had gone to Memphis if they would be so concerned.
I can tell you one thing, UK fans wouldn't give a shit about his grades if he had gone to Memphis. Memphis is just, well, irrelevant, in any discussion except for cities with high crime rates.
LOL. Memphis is a great town. I can't argue about the crime rate. Stats are stats. However, that is a very narrow way to look at it. Memphis is home to St Jude's Children Hospital. A multi billion dollar cancer research center for children. All children are admitted at no cost...ever. Thousands from around the world come here for help. Home to Fed Ex which employs almost 40,000 people in Memphis. Fortune Fifty - INternational paper hdq's here. Univ of Memphis, Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Redbirds(I saw the very beginning of Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina's careers begin here). 100,000 folks attend the World Championship BBQ festival every year. Music fests , blues, great food, Opera Memphis, Memphis Ballet, The arts, hell I can go on forever. Yes there is crime and if you are such a pus then hide in the little town of Lexington and shiver, hold on to your mom's apron strings OR Live life fully...no doubt KY Basketball is great...but that is a only a small part of life. Get you a set, come on down and get you a jumbo BBQ sandwich and some Rendezvous Ribs. Or just keep pointing your little finger and call that living, if that's what gets you excited. Memphis Mike
