If Payne's recruiting reputation is genuine and he excels as an assistant coach under Cal I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't tabbed as the UL coach somewhere in the future, post-Pitino..... Just a thought..

Let's just hope that no UL player breaks his back at the chicken bucket.
I have never seen a person more obseesed with someone than Matt Jones is with Pitino. Matt needs Pitino as a crutch to support his diminishing ego.
i disagree Marc, but its a good guess.
Once he is at UK, he will stay and succeed Cal, is my prediction.
