"UK has invited students, faculty and staff to a practice next Tuesday in Memorial Coliseum.
Doors will open at 2 p.m. with the practice beginning at 3. UK asks that no one line up before 1 p.m.
The first 5,000 people will receive a free Nike T-shirt.
Students must present a UK student ID and faculty/staff must present a UK faculty/staff ID."

How can UK keep people from lining up before 1 p.m.? Police presence? Citations for loitering? Disturbing the peace?
