NCAA is a joke. They act like jaded women and throw barbs and tidbits out for public consumption when they feel they have been questioned or their actions "judged". They are totally reactionary and couldn't come up with a reasonable response to anyones possible infraction that would not defy logic.
This whole thing is bs. So if I told MSU that if they bought me a beer I would try to talk Cam into going there, and they gave it to me, he would be ineligible? Sure, I never even met Cam, but I'm a 3rd party who received money. The NCAA has the logic of a 3rd grader.
Many disagree, but I don't think this statement says much about Kanter's case. We admit there was a violation. That's not the question.
The question is whether Enes should have his eligibility reinstated, like Selby, Sidney, Newton (yes, the NCAA found there was a violation and reinstated him after Auburn declared him ineligible), Bost and the OSU footballers.
Of course he should be reinstated. What did he do wrong? Honestly, after all the work I've put in trying to understand the rules at play and how they apply to the facts of the case, it really does come down to that simply question. What did Enes do wrong, and how could he have modified his behavior to avoid such a severe penalty?
Well with the new statement from the ncaa im calling for them to take shebly off kansas basketball team right now and void two wins from kansas record that he played in. There not my rules but fair is fair. The ncaa is a damn joke!
I agree. The Cam Newton loophole may not exist but the Josh Selby loophole sure does. I am not a Kansas fan but I am glad the NCAA allowed him to return the money and play. The Kanters offered to return their expense money. Obama needs to step in and squash the NCAA and EPA.

Totally worthless organization.
The above was mine.
