What??? Appeal???

Did they sneak a ruling out while we were not looking? Their so quick with commenting freely on individual criticisms of their rulings I can't imagine they wouldn't publicly make a ruling. Was this "mis-speak" and really they meant the ruling and not an "appeal"?

WTF?

Yeah, I know.

I'd love some specific confirmation, Marc. But Brett Dawson's colleagues are taking it to mean that, yes, the Reinstatement staff has denied our resubmitted argument. Apparently we are now scheduled to have an appeal hearing before the Reinstatement Committee.

How could this have happened without anyone hearing about it?

If true, sad to say, Tipton would turn out to be correct in his earlier assertion that Kanter was denied. (without anyone hearing about it ... difficult to believe)

If he turns out to have been right, it was only by guessing. Or hoping for the worst. That's not deserving of credit.

You are right WG, as they say even a broken clock is correct two times a day....
