Seth Davis says he will be shocked if the Enes Kanter ruling isn't released today

First, I don't believe Seth would really be shocked.
Second, I pray the ruling isn't released today. The longer it goes, the more likely it is the Committee is actually considering reinstating Enes.
Denying the appeal is easy. "Any dollar over actual and necessary is a salary and the kid is a per se pro." They could have announced that yesterday afternoon.
Crafting a punishment to fit the mitigating circumstances of the case takes more collective thought, particularly if they were of a mind to deny the appeal coming into the hearing.
