Cal unsure of Miller’s status

Kentucky Coach John Calipari said he was unsure of the status of wing Darius Miller.

Miller sustained an injury in UK’s game at Vanderbilt on Saturday.

“If he can’t play, he can’t play,” Calipari said. “It will give somebody else an opportunity.”

yeah thanks G Tipton

Im guessing Poole may not be on the team next year.
Something is going on, when Hood plays, our walk on plays and there sits Poole on the bench.
Next year, if youre not good, you simply wont play but in the last 1-2 minutes of a game.

I don't think that's true about Poole not being here next year. Nobody expected him to be some amazing talent this season. He is exactly the kind of player Cal uses for four years that can provide quality minutes behind stars in the future. I tend to believe that Cal is actually molding Poole a little bit like he did Liggins last season. Poole will get his playing time increased when he gets a little more confident in Cal's philosophy (Liggins is exhibit A). I trust that both Hood and Poole will be around for their respective college degree stays at UK.
