I wish there was an avenue for legal action the Kanters could take. It just seems unfair at the core of it, and yes I understand rules.... there should be room for common sense to factor in.
The Appeal was supposed to offer just that .. compassion for the individual's situation. At one point, UK was even told (by NCAA insiders) that pursuing the appeals course would NOT be a waste of time.
He was not a pro. Read the article, that is why he came over here. He didn't want to be a pro over there. He turned down millions to come to the states.
