The NCAA is the problem and it's a personal thing! There is not a sports program in all of college that if you dig hard enough you could not find misdoinings. The NCAA goes out of it's way on Cal and UK. Others, (Duke, UConn,etc) get pats on the head and say"keep up the good work""...Yeah, right!
