As an economic catalyst, Rupp Arena has played a major role in transforming downtown Lexington
A new 30,000 seater will get 6,000 more wallets into the downtown area and will make Lexington a yearly player in the NCAA basketball regionals etc..
One request... Please design the arena so the "Cal-Zone" student section surrounds the entire floor and the blue hairs can still keep lower level seating close to the court. It can be done....
