I don't believe it. At 51 or 52 and a lifetime alcoholic he will likely not make that leap of a lifetime change, but simply learn to drink only in the privacy of his home. Unfortunately that won't save him from being unable to interface with the community, even sober. Alcoholism turns an individual into a loner, a recluse. He still will never be able to handle criticism, will never be able to speak in crowds without his infamous crying episodes and never be able to just get along with others. So Tech has themselves a closet drunk as the leader of their program. JOMO
