Chad Ford from ESPN.com says a number of NBA scouts feel like there's a pretty big gap between Anthony Davis and whoever ends up being the No. 2 guy in the 2012 draft

I think these articles are pointless...will there even be a draft in 2012?
You seriously think there won't be a draft in 2012??? Chad Ford on ESPN Radio Tuesday stated that there will be a draft next summer even if the NBA isn't playing by then and that they will go by the previoue year's draft order. Either way, he said it is a 100% certainty that there will be a draft.
I have no idea if there will be a draft or not...I really don't think anyone knows. If this thing gets wrapped up in the courts who knows what is going to happen...Assuming they do get it worked out I suspect they will raise the age to 20 years old to be eligible. So once again this article is pointless. So, all this talk is premature in my opinion ...OR If they do have the draft with all of this uncertainty swirling, who in their right mind would declare not knowing if there was even going to be a season (i.e. a paycheck). Just ask B. Knight and D. Liggins how well that program is working out. SMH
