Three goggles needs to stop. Coaches will have to enforce it. Especially coaches that talk about how important it is to play as a team and 'three goggles' is only about the player.
Posing and taunting I can see a need to control at times but "three goggles" are of no concern to me. Let kids be kids, it's a competition and I want my guys having a good time and playing hard. If you squash their fun you'll invariably reduce their enthusiasm as well.
