Seriously? Would anyone actually leave a potential National Championship team? Regret would follow them the rest of their lives...

Stay a wildcat and you open doors the rest of your life in Kentucky..

Would be a bad move Mr. Poole......

i agree with the father.
20yrs from now, he would regret not played ball much for 4 years when he couldve for someone else.
those collective experience/memories are better than riding the pine on a championship team, imo.

Tell that to Jon Hood.

Good point, I guess it's hard to judge coming at it as a fan and not a player. Really depends on the individual I suppose.

I'm sure the kid wants to play for Kentucky and be part of the success there. Unfortunately, that doesn't look like it's going to happen.

He may or may not be able to make a good career out of basketball post collect but there will be a near zero chance of it if he rides the pine these 4 years.

Well regardless, it should be Stacey Jr's decision and not his fathers. No Stacey may not see a ton of time this year, but he is only a sophomore. One who will gain experience, leadership, and get better. He is one of those players that need to be developed, he didnt come in a superstar. I hope he stays, but best of luck to him what ever he does.
