From what I have seen of the twins they seem to be hardest on themselves. Their facial expressions appear to be disappointment in their performance not in their team mates.
wow..i noticed that too when i was watching the game..seems like they were frustrated over something..lack of cohesion will do that. Dante Exum was the best player out there IMO. Actually the World team had 2-3 guys who just took a whiz on our guys. Some of it has to do with the 24 sec shot clock strategy (lack of shot clock in the USA high schools)
If I am not mistaken several of the World Team starters play on those "Club" teams that are basically pro and are a year or two older than many of the US guys. Apples to Oranges in a way...
