Some NBA teams aren't so certain that DeMarcus Cousins' talent outweighs his character and maturity issues

Demarcus is a good kid. Show me a 19 year old that wouldn't take a swing at some body that kicked him and I'll show you the player you shouldn't draft.

Hes no different than Charles Barkley ever was, and look where Barkley is now- a voice for the NBA and well respected by most. I think D.C. is handling himself very well and will be loved by most when his career is said and done. He isnt thug like i thought he was in the beginning of the season.

Gamesmanship to get Boogie at a better position in the draft.

I think the NBA places too much emphasis on who a player was prior to college (see Daniel Orton) rather than considering the changes that occur over a year or so's time. D. C. is not the boy he was when he started last fall. He's matured immensely over this last year.
