With Kentucky playing at Portland on Friday, their shooting ability has Calipari's attention

Actually a nice article on Portland's great 3 point shooter, a bit on Brandon Knight and UK's new website.
So help me, if we leave that guy open I'm going to scream. There's no excuse for it. He's the threat. Cover him.
It maddens me when an outside defender comes to the paint any time the ball is passed inside. You know, to help out and double team. But it leaves the outside shooter free, and the defender can't recover fast enough when the ball is passed back out.
We better not do that with this guy. Someone needs to be on him at all times. Even if it means playing 4 on 4. Extend any zone in his direction. Switch every screen. And one more thing: don't foul him in the act of shooting!
